The database represents an electronic version of M. Bloomfield's A Vedic Concordance prepared by Marco Franceschini, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Passi, at the University of Bologna. This new version (2005) includes some 20.000 additional Mantras (with many corrections) from Paippalāda-Saṃhitā (books 1-15), Jaiminīya-Brāhmaṇa, Kaṭha-Āraṇyaka, Mānava-Śrautasūtra, Jaiminīya-Gṛhyasūtra and Varāha-Gṛhyasūtra, which appear in (green) bold face. The (red) underlined parts from Atharvaveda-Paippalāda are parts that are ‘not understood’ by the editor, probably corrupt.
